Description

Extraordinary original Pattadesa Monni, made in the early 2000s according to the most authentic Sardinian knife-making tradition. A knife that represents one of the island's most iconic symbols, appreciated for generations for its elegance, practicality, and craft quality.

This specimen features a splendid handle carved from a single piece of dark buffalo horn, carefully selected, worked, and polished to enhance its natural grain and color depth. The classic sinuous shape of the Pattadesa ensures an ergonomic grip and lends the knife timeless elegance.

Particularly refined is the finely hand-worked collar, a distinctive element that further enhances the knife and testifies to the meticulous craftsmanship of Monni's production.

The blade is made of stainless steel EN 1.4116, a high-quality steel known for excellent corrosion resistance, ability to hold an edge, and reliability in daily use.
