Modellbau 1:35 - Model car - Militärfahrzeug - From collection liquidation. Not played.

Finished model (1:35): VW Typ 155 Kübelwagen « Snow Chains »

This special tracked vehicle was developed during World War II for the Eastern European winter and extreme mud:
• Propulsion: A track drive was mounted on the rear axle (half-track) to prevent sinking in deep snow.
• Steering: On the front axle, instead of the normal wheels, skis could be mounted so the vehicle glided over the snow rather than getting stuck.
• Status: It was an experimental test vehicle. Various versions and drivetrains were tested; the model never went into large-scale serial production and the project was ultimately abandoned.

TOP model !!!
