2018 Domaine de la Vieille Julienne Réservé - Châteauneuf-du-Pape - Bottle (0.75L)

Very scarce top cuvée from Domaine de la Vieille Julienne in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. La Réservé is produced only in selected years from specially selected, very old vines. According to the estate, the cuvée consists mostly of about 90% Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise.

Scores: 97 points Jeb Dunnuck, 96 points Vinous and 95 points Wine Spectator. For this specific vintage I have not been able to confirm a reliable separate Parker/Wine Advocate score.

Fill level: base neck / neck, as far as visible through the very dark glass.
Label condition: Excellent label; clean, complete and without visible cracks.
Capsule condition: Excellent; original red foil capsule intact, with only minimal normal signs of use.
Bottle size: 750 ml.
Alcohol: 15.5%.
