Tall, slender, triangular 'spike vase' designed in 1956 by the famous Dutch designer and glass artist Floris Meydam (1919-2011), produced by Glasfabriek Leerdam.

The vase is in excellent mint condition and is 24.5 cm tall. The slightly tapered vase is solid and sturdy. A splendid mid-century art object to admire in the book Floris Meydam 'In Vorm' on p. 51.

Hoge, slanke, driekantige 'spijkervaas' ontworpen in 1956 door de beroemde Nederlandse ontwerper en glaskunstenaar Floris Meydam (1919-2011), uitgevoerd in Glasfabriek Leerdam.

De vaas is in uitstekende gave staat en 24.5 cm hoog. De enigszins taps toelopende vaas is massief en stabiel. Schitterend mid-century kunstvoorwerp te bewonderen in het boek Floris Meydam 'In Vorm' op blz 51.
