AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
3 vintage View-Master 3D viewers with more than 100 image reels in 2 original storage boxes:
- rare black Sawyer's View-Master USA from 1954 in Bakelite, model C, produced by the original manufacturer in Portland.
- brown Sawyer's View-Master in Bakelite, mid-1950s, produced in Europe.
- red plastic from the 1980s
All three are in very nice authentic condition: the mechanism works very smoothly and the lenses are clear, there is no damage.
- 10 reels about the 1958 World Expo, Brussels, Atomium
- +/- 80 reels of Disney stories and fairy tales (Grimm, Andersen...). In most cases the case includes a brochure with the fairy tale in French + Dutch, or in English
- +/- 20 reels about travel and cities (e.g., Italy, Canada, Switzerland...), flora and fauna
The reels are in good condition, showing clear 3D images. The individual sleeves are also in nice condition. Only the collector sleeves, being too large for the storage box, are creased at the edge and some are somewhat torn.
- 2 storage boxes with sorting cards. one is in perfect condition, the second has a corner of the lid broken off (see last photo)
