Estetico Celestina geode, a 145 g geode from Redeyef, Gafsa, Tunisia, with well-formed colorless to whitish Celestina crystals lining the cavity.
Description from the seller
From our selection of collectible minerals, we propose an aesthetic Celestine geode from Redeyef, Gafsa, Tunisia.
Furthermore, it features a druzy of colorless and white Celestine crystals, well-formed and arranged to cover the geode's internal cavity, with glossy surfaces and good transparency that enhance its aesthetic value and mineralogical importance.
The specimen stands out for the quality of crystallization and the overall aesthetic balance, with characteristics that highlight its natural structure and visual impact.
Celestine (strontium sulfate, SrSO4) owes its name to the sky-blue color it sometimes takes, though it can also be colorless or white as in this specimen. It is the main mineral source of strontium, an element used, for example, in fireworks to obtain red flame coloration. The mineral deposits in the Gafsa region, Tunisia, are known for sedimentary geodes rich in well-developed crystals formed inside cavities in limestone or gypsum rocks.
This is an ideal specimen for mineral collections, display, and for those who appreciate the natural beauty of minerals, including crystal therapy and lithotherapy, according to the properties traditionally associated with the mineral species.
All minerals are 100% natural and untreated, with rare exceptions always noted in the description. The photographs are taken with professional lighting to best showcase colors and details; however, slight tonal variations may occur depending on the device or ambient light.
Shipping is carried out via reliable and selected express couriers, with fast delivery (in many cases 1-2 working days in Europe), tracked and insured shipping, and professional, secure packaging, as confirmed by customer reviews. Deliveries can also take place the day after payment depending on the destination.
It is possible to accumulate multiple purchases and receive them in a single shipment, even from auctions with different end dates, simply contact us to arrange the consolidation. For important pieces, direct home delivery or delivery at major European trade shows by appointment is also available.
