The Wood Turtle Dove (Streptopelia turtur) is a bird species in the family Columbidae, breeding in the western Palearctic, mainly in low-altitude regions. It is the only long-distance migratory columbid in Europe, and also one of the species experiencing one of the fastest declines in Europe.

The bird taxidermy is in mint condition.

Adult specimen, with the characteristic colors of this sublime bird, this one is mounted on a real deer antler.

The last photo shows a specimen in its natural habitat.
