AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Are you collecting old radios or looking for a typical 1950s vintage product for your home décor? Then this radio is for you.
A well-working and fully checked bakelite radio from Philips, model B2X80U. A few components have been replaced, including a couple of capacitors and the illumination, which means the radio can play for years again.
The bakelite case has no holes, cracks or deep scratches, and is neat and clean, and the round tuning scale is nicely bright red and illuminated. That also makes it a beautiful eyecatcher in the twilight. Everything works.
Valves: UCH81 UF89 UBC81 UL84 UY42.
Reception: Longwave 150 - 260 kHz, Medium wave 517 - 1610 kHz
Extras: turntable connection
Dimensions: 312 x 177 x 139 mm / 12.3 x 7 x 5.5 inches
