AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Ziegler Fine Carpet
Ziegler carpets are handmade carpets. They are known for their high-quality and artistic workmanship, as well as for their unique designs. The carpets bear the name of their inventor, the Swiss carpet dealer Ziegler, who lived in the 19th century.
Ziegler was a pioneer in the carpet industry and had a vision to combine traditional carpet patterns with modern European designs. He commissioned talented craftsmen to implement his ideas, creating a new type of carpet that soon became popular worldwide.
Today, Ziegler carpets are produced by various carpet manufacturers who maintain the tradition and quality of the original Ziegler carpets. They are still valued as luxurious and artistic floor coverings.
