Luigi Colani - Drinking set (11) - The Tree - "the tree" - Crystal - Wine glasses and water glasses

Gorgeous vintage drinkset by Luigi Colani, consisting of 6 wine glasses and 5 water glasses from the famous series “Der Baum”.

The set dates from the 1970s and was produced in West Germany, among others by renowned glass manufacturers such as Ritzenhoff Cristal and Annahütte.

The glasses are made of clear crystal glass and feature a beautiful, matte white-etched motif of a bare tree with finely branched twigs.

The wine glasses have an elegant egg-shaped bowl with a slim stem. The water glasses are modern stemless tumblers with a lightly organic-shaped base.

At the bottom in the tree motif is also the subtle signature of Colani himself.
