Description from the seller
The carved crystal bottle is in perfect condition with no dents or flaws, a minimal point on the crystal, factory-made. The design belongs to Art Deco. It is clearly identified by its body with straight, geometric lines, its square-section with continuous vertical facets and a highly architectural polygonal cut cap, typical of the 1930s aesthetic.
Year: It was manufactured approximately between 1930 and 1950. Its production takes place in the peak period of Art Deco or in the immediate Central European postwar era (with a strong influence from German workshops, which tended to create this type of straight silver mounts in fine crystal); The silver mouth stamp is a unified contrast of Germany (in effect since 1888), where the moon represents the silver and the crown the German Empire. Manufacturer's logo: To the right of 925 the silversmith’s mark on the piece can be seen (an letter "A" laid over an arrow or downward-facing anchor), characteristic of the German craftsmanship Jakob Grimminger of Schwäbisch Gmünd, active mainly in the mid-century; The piece is collectible and its condition is excellent.
It is shipped only within the European Community by DHL DeutschePost.-
