Botryoidal agate specimen from Indonesia with lavender to violet hues, weighing 510 g and measuring 11.5 × 5.5 × 8.5 cm.
Description from the seller
Striking grape agate specimen from Indonesia, distinguished by an intense lavender-violet color and a very richly developed botryoidal structure
The surface of the specimen is covered with hundreds of small, spherical chalcedony forms, forming characteristic clusters reminiscent of grape bunches. Numerous depressions, protrusions and irregularities give the specimen a clearly three-dimensional structure, making it interesting from practically every side.
The color palette ranges from delicate lilac and lavender tones to a deeper purple visible especially inside the depressions. In places the surface is also coated with very fine, glossy crystallization, which is well visible in direct light.
This is a large and decorative specimen with a very characteristic shape, suitable both for a mineral collection and as a natural display piece.
