A unisex vintage late 20th century Art Deco Revival silver cocktail ring, weighing 4.06 g, EU size 54 (US 7), with a 16 mm top, featuring a round green agate/onyx cabochon set among marcasite and beaded milgrain in a paisley swirl dome, stamped 925 with maker HWH.
Description from the seller
An intricate and mesmerizing statement of vintage Art Deco revival silversmithing, this circular swirl cocktail ring is cast in solid 925 sterling silver with deep contrast antique oxidation. The curved, high-relief dome head displays an ornate openwork composition of sweeping paisley boteh motifs and swirling ribbon scrolls detailed with beaded milgrain rims and pavé-set pyrite marcasites. Elevated at the vortex of the design within a marcasite-encrusted halo is a round rose-cut/faceted cabochon of deep emerald-green agate (or green onyx/chrysoprase) radiating rich forest-green saturation and glassy luster. The undergallery leads to a smooth, polished silver shank stamped on the interior with an authentic 925 silver purity hallmark alongside a maker's stamp.
