Description from the seller
Ricoh XR-P Multi-Program + XR Rikenon 50mm F2 L
Serial Numbers:
Camera: 80122233
Lens: 184459
Thank you very much for viewing this classic Ricoh 35mm SLR set.
Introduced in 1984, the Ricoh XR-P Multi-Program is one of the more advanced manual-focus SLR cameras in Ricoh's XR series. It offers multiple exposure-control options, including programmed automatic exposure, aperture-priority operation, and manual control, giving the photographer flexibility for both quick shooting and more deliberate photography.
The included XR Rikenon 50mm F2 L is a compact manual-focus standard lens with a natural 50mm perspective. Its F2 maximum aperture makes it suitable for everyday photography, street scenes, travel, portraits, and available-light shooting while remaining compact and easy to handle.
Together, the XR-P body and 50mm standard lens form a practical classic 35mm combination with distinctly traditional manual-focus operation.
■ Appearance
There are only minor signs of normal use and light surface wear.
Overall, the camera and lens remain clean and in good cosmetic condition.
Please check the photographs carefully for the detailed exterior condition.
■ Viewfinder / Optics
The viewfinder is very clear and provides good visibility for focusing and composition.
The XR Rikenon 50mm F2 L has only a slight trace of thin haze.
This haze does not affect photography, and the optics remain clear overall.
■ Functional
The main operating sequence of the camera and lens has been checked.
Shutter operation, film advance, exposure functions, aperture operation, and other basic camera functions were confirmed during inspection.
The lens focusing helicoid has slightly uneven resistance during rotation. Focusing operation itself is possible, but please take this characteristic into consideration.
