Extraordinary and rare original industrial sign dating from 1941, produced by the historic German company C. Haushahn of Stuttgart-Feuerbach, renowned worldwide for the production of high-precision lifting systems and elevators.
The piece stands out for its characteristic domed shape and robust heavy metal construction (1.5 kg), testifying to the build quality and durability typical of early 20th-century industrial manufacturing. The graphics are clean, with black glossy type on a white enamel background clearly listing the technical data of the installation: maximum load of 5000 kg, year 1941, and serial number 41554.
Condition Report
The sign presents in generally good preservation, enhanced by a beautiful authentic patina of age. There are light and natural signs of wear and localized rust, especially around the mounting holes at the corners, elements that guarantee its absolute originality and confer a unique industrial charm (industrial vintage). The enamel surface retains good gloss and the legibility of the text is excellent.
For Collectors and Enthusiasts
An unmissable piece for collectors of vintage enamel signs, industrial antiques, industrial archaeology, and memorabilia related to the history of German machinery from World War II. Perfect both as a characterful decorative element for lofts and studios, and as a historically and collectibly valuable investment.
