Description from the seller
A stunning antique porcelain tea set from the well-known Bohemian manufacturer Union K (Union Porzellanfabrik) from Klášterec nad Ohří (Klösterle). This set dates from the 1920s/30s (the heyday of Art Deco) and is in a particularly beautiful condition.
The dinnerware is executed in the very rich, classic Imari style. The deep blue and warm red-ochre/iron-red colors are combined with refined gold details along the rims and in the graceful pattern and wide rim model. An absolute eye-catcher on a chicly laid table, for a high tea or in the china cabinet!
Manufacturer: Union K (Vereinigte Porzellanfabriken AG), marked with the original green crown mark on the underside of the cups.
Origin: Made in Czecho-Slovakia.
