OIL CAMPAIGN 2025/2026
Produced in Puglia in the Ginosa countryside, embraced between the waves of the Ionian Sea and the hills of the Murgia.
In the plantation there are centuries-old olive trees of Coratina and Picholine.
An oil with a leaf-green color, lightly fruity, with floral and herbaceous notes.
On the palate it releases notes of almond, unripe tomato and aromatic herbs.
