The Echo side tables by Philip Bogaerts, manufactured by Bogaerts in the Netherlands and dating to 2020+, are a modern, minimalist steel and recycled plastic piece available in silver and white, with dimensions 60 cm high, 35 cm wide, and 25 cm deep, weighing 3 kg, produced as an experimental, limited stock project that cannot be made on request.
Description from the seller
The Echo side tables are an experimental project, made from playful offcuts of recycled material that remain from the production of the Bogaerts Butler table collection.
The semicircular cutouts of the original panels reveal organic shapes that formed the basis for the design of the Echo tables.
The name Echo refers to how these shapes keep resonating—a lasting reinterpretation of what was once considered waste.
Together the tables create a dialogue between structure and movement, between what remains and what gains new value.
Each Echo table can only be produced when there is leftover material from the recycled plastic Butler table tops. As a result, the range of colors and patterns depends on other ongoing productions.
The Echo side tables cannot be made to order — they arise only when the material permits, and are exclusively available from the limited stock that results from it.
