Description from the seller
IN RISALTO:
• Porsche 911 (997) Carrera Mk2 2009 with facelift and rear-wheel drive
• Rare color combination with Atlas Grey bodywork (blue/grey) and blue soft top
• Equipped with 3.6 DFI (Direct Fuel Injection) engine and manual transmission
• Bodywork original paint except for the hood repainted due to minor stone damage. Accident-free and accompanied by a German technical appraisal
• Regular service history, inspection performed in February 2026 passed without defects
STORIA/PANORAMICA:
The 997-generation Porsche 911, introduced in 2004, marked the return of the classic circular headlights, refining the proportions and dynamic qualities of the famous Stuttgart sports car. With the Mk2 facelift introduced in 2008 for the 2009 model year, Porsche dramatically renewed the model by introducing DFI (Direct Fuel Injection) technology on the six-cylinder boxer engines, ensuring greater efficiency, reliability and power output.
This 2009 exemplar combines rear-wheel drive with a manual gearbox and is finished in the fascinating Atlas Grey color (a particular blue/grey shade) with a coordinating blue soft top. Imported from Germany in 2026 by a professional dealer, the vehicle had 4 previous German owners. The car is accompanied by a German technical appraisal confirming its excellent condition and has undergone regular maintenance. The latest periodic inspection, carried out in February 2026, found no defects.
BODYWORK/PAINT:
The bodywork is in excellent condition and largely preserved in its original paint, except for the front hood which was repainted to remove stone impact marks (measured thickness: 270 microns). There are no marks on the bodywork nor any known or detected accidents, as confirmed by the technical appraisal included in the photographic documentation. The exterior plastics and seals remain soft and well preserved, while the headlights show no signs of wear or aging from the elements. The blue soft top is overall in excellent condition, showing only the typical light rubbing marks from folding.
INTERIOR:
The leather interior is preserved in excellent condition and shows no scratches, imperfections or visible signs of wear. The dashboard, door panels and interior components are well preserved.
MECHANICS:
Under the rear hood sits the 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer DFI engine paired with the manual transmission. The car handles with precision, the engine is lively, ready and free from starting issues whether warm or cold, while the transmission is smooth and engages correctly. The maintenance interval is approaching soon, with oil change, air filter and brake fluid to be replaced.

The car is provided with:
• Registration documents
• Service booklet with maintenance history at regular intervals
• Certified German technical appraisal confirming the vehicle’s condition
• Certification of the latest inspection passed in February 2026 with no defects
The car is located in Milan, Italy.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
