Seller's Story
We attach a great deal of value to the correct description and good photos of the lot. Photos are part of the description of the lot and provide a lot of information about the lot, including its condition and completeness. We photograph everything that is present with the lot, including booklets and loose accessories. If it is not shown in the photo, it is not present. We always advise you to study the many photos carefully. Photos are always decisive over the written text. If there is no packaging shown in the photos, the item will be delivered to you unboxed. (Also if it mistakenly states with original packaging)
Modelspoorbaanwinkel-nl is a specialized company in buying and selling model trains and model railways. All items are tested and checked before they are offered on Catawiki
For us, reliability and doing what we promise are of the highest importance. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will resolve it together with you.
We ship with: PostNL, DPD and DHL depending on the size, value and the country to which the order has to be shipped. All parcels are always insured and sent by registered mail.
We provide a 1-month warranty on your purchases, excluding smoke generators, and free return shipping to us if your complaint is reported within 3 days of receipt.
