A magnificent and imposing pair of antique 5-light table or mantelpiece candelabras, dating back to the second half of the 19th century (Napoleon III / Eclectic period).

Excellently crafted from solid brass, these candelabras feature elegant neoclassical and gothic revival details, including central column nodes decorated with expressive anthropomorphic mascarons, suspended side rings, and stylized winged creatures.
The brass body displays a beautiful, genuine historic patina with authentic oxidation in the deep crevices.

Each candelabra is mounted on a heavy, multi-tiered turned base made of genuine black marble.
