ZERO, designed by Paolo Cappello for Lumen Center Italia, is born from a seemingly simple design gesture: a circular disk, essential and rigorous, transformed into a real architectural presence.
The Ø80 cm version, the largest in the ZERO collection, amplifies this idea thanks to its substantial dimensions and its extremely slim profile, just 8 cm. The result is a lamp that, once installed on the ceiling, maintains a dramatic presence without weighing down the space.

Particularly interesting is its three-dimensional geometry: the aluminum body is more compact at the top and gradually opens towards the bottom. It is not merely an aesthetic choice. The form is born from light and for light: the special section of the body guides and controls the emission into the environment, helping to create broad and uniform illumination. In ZERO, therefore, the form is not a shell for the light source, but becomes an integral part of the lighting design.

The turned aluminum structure, in the refined black finish, perfectly expresses Lumen Center’s philosophy: remove the superfluous to let the light take center stage. The result is an extremely contemporary object, capable of fitting into minimalist spaces as well as in warmer, more sophisticated interiors.

The integrated 90W LED source, with CRI >90, delivers 6750 lumens at 2700K or 7200 lumens at 3000K and is dimmable, allowing the atmosphere of the space to be modulated.
