A genuine antique wooden bench, originally from a chapel in a monastery in Poland, dating from 1910-1920. A simple, honest primitive bench in solid wood, painted in a warm mustard/ochre tone, with a single plank seat set on two solid shaped legs, each with a carved notched foot, joined by a single round stretcher. Genuine age and wear throughout, with real surface patina, chips, and marks consistent with decades of use in devotional service. A piece with real, documented religious provenance and primitive charm.
