Label Information and Curiosities
Label Information: The front and back labels bear the winery name "Kellerei / Cantina Schreckbichl Colterenzio", the line "Prail", the grape variety and designation "Sauvignon Südtirol Alto Adige DOC", the vintage "2024", the alcohol content of 13.5% Vol. and the 750ml format.
Curiosities: Produced from vineyards situated at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level in the Cornaiano (Appiano) area, the "Prail" is one of the most representative expressions of Sauvignon from South Tyrol. Winemaking involves a separate maturation for about 6 months on fine yeasts: most of the juice ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve crunchiness and freshness, while a small percentage matures in large wooden casks to confer greater complexity and structure.
