A pair of antique wooden frames in Baroque style, gilded with pure leaf gold, dating to 1850–1900, made in Italy (Rome), external 53 × 43 cm and internal 39 × 29 cm, in good used condition with age-related marks.

AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Up for auction, a splendid pair of antique wooden frames with antique scagliola molding and a finish of pure gold leaf. The gilding is extraordinary and maintains a wonderful visual appearance. They are antique; you can note old restorations and touch-ups. They have been restored. On the back, you can observe some finish loss, but that is perfectly normal for their age. Congratulations to the winner of this auction.

Seller's Story
