Val Saint Lambert – Luxval series – Art Deco Griffon candlesticks (1935)
Decorative candlesticks in pressed glass from the popular Luxval collection of Val Saint Lambert, model ‘Griffon’, designed in 1935.
The Luxval series, designed by Charles Graffart and René Delvenne, combined aesthetics with affordability and was produced in the glassworks of Val Saint Lambert in Belgium. The line grew into an icon of Belgian Art Deco glassware.
These beautiful candlesticks were stylishly decorated with gold paintings.
