Seller's Story
Dear Catawiki co-users, buyers and sellers.
In February 2019, I, as a hobbyist, came into contact with Catawiki.
Since May 2022 my selling status has been upgraded to Top Seller, and I am very happy about that.
That can only happen if you, as a seller, meet all of Catawiki's requirements (nothing wrong with that).
- Carefully present your lots (quality OK).
- Carefully ship the lots.
- Maintain good contact with buyers.
- If something didn’t go well, resolve it appropriately.
See buyers’ feedback for a complete picture of the above.
WITH A KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL:
I would like to tell a bit about all my offered products/items.
An offered lot for me is mainly a product/item that is nicely designed and/or has a vintage, historic, nostalgic, special and/or exclusive appearance.
This is described with a keen eye for detail or with a twist, which is linked to the cohesive appearance of the offered item.
That is what makes my hobby enjoyable (Theo's Design = tO's Dsign).
I strive to offer my lots as transparently as possible and also assess their value.
My offered products/items are always functional and/or in minimally good usable condition.
With minimal or light signs of use, arising from use or time.
If there are small irregularities/defects, these are always mentioned (so transparent).
YOU DECIDE:
Of course you, as a buyer, determine what it is worth to you.
That makes Catawiki fun, exciting, and a perfect auction site for you as a buyer and for me as a seller.
Possibly, with your bid, you will be a winner of one of my items/lots.
You will always be informed about shipping via Catawiki and me.
Shipping is carefully packed and sent insured, and you also receive the track & trace link to follow the package.
Quality and method of packaging are of the utmost importance (for you as a buyer and for me as a seller).
As indicated in the >350 buyer reviews, the packing and transport method works well 98% of the time.
Have fun on Catawiki and perhaps we will do a deal in the future.
Kind regards,
Theo Hoefnagel
