Grand Empereur Réserve Roi de Rome 40 Ans & 2 VSOP Napoléon – Vintage Cognac – 75cl – 3 Bottles
A collectible lot of three vintage Grand Empereur Cognac bottles by Etienne Gasqueton, all produced in France and imported for the historic Italian market.
1. Grand Empereur Réserve Roi de Rome – 40 Ans Napoléon
75cl – 40% ABV
Etienne Gasqueton, Maison Grand Empereur.
"Qualité Roi de Rome – Réserve Roi de Rome – 40 Ans – Napoléon".
A particularly interesting and rare vintage presentation, believed to date from the late 1960s to 1970s.
The bottle retains its original neck medallion, labels and historic Italian state tax seal.
2. Grand Empereur VSOP Napoléon
75cl – 40% ABV
Etienne Gasqueton, Maison Grand Empereur, Cognac, France.
Historic Italian-market bottling, with original labels and Italian state tax seal.
Believed to date from the [1970s.]

75cl – 40% ABV

Historic Italian-market bottling with original labels and Italian state tax seal.
Believed to date from the [1970s.]
Condition:
All three bottles have good remaining fill levels, as clearly shown in the photographs. The labels show natural ageing, staining and patina consistent with their age. The capsules and historic Italian tax strips are original and show varying degrees of ageing and wear. The 40 Ans bottle has more pronounced wear and deterioration to the capsule and tax seal, while the two VSOP bottles are better preserved.
The bottles have been properly stored in a cellar and come from a private collection.
