Beautiful tall French oak plant table / side table – Art Nouveau

Elegant tall plant table or side table, made of oak and originating from France. The table has a particularly graceful and slim form with two levels. Especially the nicely curved legs stand out. They run from the construction under the top panel downwards and have a subtly curved, organic flow, ending in characterful shaped feet.

Under the top panel there is a decorative ornate edge with small wavy and rounded details. In combination with the curved legs, this gives the table a lively and elegant appearance. The design closely matches French Art Nouveau, in which natural, curved lines and graceful forms play an important role.

The furniture is made of warm brown oak, with the natural grain beautifully visible. The tall, slender design makes the table especially suitable as a plant table or pedestal, but also as a decorative side table for, for example, a vase, statue, lamp or other special object. Due to its narrow width, it can also be nicely placed in a hallway, living room, conservatory or beside an armchair.

The top panel has been repaired and reinforced in the past. The construction is sturdy and stable. Furthermore, there are signs of use appropriate to its age and use, contributing to the authentic character of this French piece of furniture.
