This LOT of 2 Geographical Maps is an original copper engraving from around 1829.

This is the updated edition of the famous work by LAPIE, published by ALEXANDRE and PIERRE. LAPIE, around 1829.
The maps in question come from the beautiful and very illustrated work, titled: "Atlas Universel de Géographie ancienne et moderne, précédé d'une Abrégé de Geographie physique et historique..... A PARIS, 1829 approx."

Grand, huge folio maps, published in PARIS, with excellent original coloring, wide margins, and geographically well detailed in every point.

Condition: the condition is very good, as shown in the photo.

The overall dimensions of each single map are: 67 cm x 51 cm.

Trattasi dell'edizione aggiornata dell'opera famosa del LAPIE, edita da ALEXANDRE e PIERRE. LAPIE, nel 1829 ca.

Grandissime mappe in FOLIO enorme, edite a PARIGI, con ottima coloritura originale, ampi margini, e geograficamente ben dettagliate in ogni punto.
