Interesting lot consisting of two original FIAT – Società per Azioni stock certificates, issued in the 1980s and bearing the facsimile/printed signature of Giovanni Agnelli in his capacity as President. Documents especially representative of Italian industrial and automotive history, ideal for a collection dedicated to FIAT, automobilia, automotive memorabilia, and the history of Italian industry.

The lot includes:

- FIAT – Ordinary Shares, certificate no. 258007, relating to 2 ordinary shares, dated October 29, 1984. The document indicates paid-in share capital of Lire 337.5 billion, later updated at the bottom to Lire 2,025 billion following the General Assembly resolution of July 3, 1984.

- FIAT – Savings Shares, certificate no. 2130740, relating to 2,000 savings shares, dated February 24, 1987, with indication of a paid-in share capital of Lire 2,250 billion.
Both certificates feature the FIAT graphic characteristic of the era, with the famous FIAT logo in white letters on blue-bordered panels and an elegant geometric security background in green-blue tones.

Of particular collector interest is the presence, on the lower right part of both documents, of Giovanni Agnelli’s signature, accompanied by the inscription “The President.” This is the signature applied to the title by the method required for issuing stock certificates, and not an individually handwritten autograph.
