Description from the seller
GENERAL
This 5-seat glazed Renault 4 F6 van has a 1108 cm3 gasoline engine, 4 cylinders and a 4-speed manual transmission delivering 35 HP. It is a fully restored unit of national origin that preserves its original Spanish license plate. The mileage is certified by an official report, guaranteeing transparency about its use over the years. It is a collectible piece that maintains the mechanical and aesthetic configuration with which it left the factory.
BODYWORK AND PAINT
The vehicle has undergone a complete restoration, respecting as much as possible all its original elements and specifications. Both interior and exterior have been repainted, including underbody protection and painting, headliner and seat upholstery, door seals, front grille, lights, and many other components. The bodywork and underbody are in perfect condition. The glass and windshields are original.
As seen in the photos, it incorporates the famous "girafon"—the upper rear hatch that lifts up to allow transporting long or bulky items that protrude above the tailgate. Renault describes it as one of the original and distinctive features of its vans.
MECHANICS
The original engine is fully functional and has been recently serviced to ensure reliability. It has undergone thorough maintenance, including oil and filter changes, brakes, and new tires.
INTERIOR
The cabin remains faithful to its original state; the seats and door panels have been reupholstered, maintaining the color and originality with which it left the factory. The rubber floor mats are also original and are in perfect condition.
DOCUMENTATION
The car is registered and retains its original Spanish license plate. It has a valid ITV (vehicle inspection) until 2027, and all documentation is up to date and ready for transfer.
PICKUP
The vehicle is located in Burgos, Spain. The buyer must arrange pickup at this location, where the car is stored and protected.
OTHER INFORMATION
The car has had only two owners, the most recent since 1991. There is the possibility to arrange a full technical inspection or a test drive to verify the excellent running condition of the vehicle. As a meticulously restored unit, it represents an exceptional opportunity for brand collectors.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
