Description from the seller
This lot concerns a brand-new natural diamond directly from one of the world’s largest diamond cutters. All bids you place include VAT for buyers in the European Union. When you purchase a diamond from a seller outside the European Union, take into account import duties and your local VAT rate: depending on the country, between 17% and 27%. Important for Dutch traders; also note that several sellers sell used diamonds. They cannot provide a VAT invoice, but indicate 'retail margin' or '0%'; VAT is not deductible.
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Good
Very suitable as a collectible item or as an insertable element in your jewelry.
Examine the lot carefully and only then place a bid. Please note that some images are enlarged. Check the certificate for the dimensions.
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for paying any local taxes.
Catawiki’s goal is always to offer the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually inspect and select each item following our sales guidelines. While we strive to provide a detailed description and photographs of every jewel, there may be discrepancies or inaccuracies.
It is your responsibility to review all information relating to an item, including the condition and description, before deciding to purchase. The information, images and descriptions provided, as well as the quality, quantity and nature of the jewels supplied, are the responsibility of the sellers. A small imperfection not visible in the photo but included in the description does not constitute a case of non-conformity.
A Laboratory Report is not a warranty, appraisal or valuation for the items described therein. A Laboratory Report contains only the characteristics of an object described after it has been classified, tested, examined and analyzed using the techniques and equipment used at the time of analysis by the specific laboratory in question. The results of any other examination performed on the item may vary depending on when, how, by whom and with which classification standard the object is examined.
Furthermore, any changes and improvements in techniques and equipment that may allow the examiner to identify, among other things, the use of processes to alter the characteristics of an object previously undetectable, do not automatically mean that your item is not in accordance with its description.
