Both the booklet and the ship model are not available in this form on the market. This lot is clearly a museum piece for the connoisseur.

The Zeven Provinciën was a ship-of-the-line of the Admiraliteit van de Maze with 80 guns; the name of the ship was also written as the 7 Provinciën. Here it is offered as a scale model. The materials used are 1:1 comparable to the real ship from centuries ago (for example oak planking as the real ship also had). It is in top condition and is of course completely handcrafted, so distinctive accents come into their own.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to size and fragility the item must be picked up in Weert, Netherlands.
