Teak nesting side tables in mid‑century modern Danish design, attributed to Jørgen Aakjær Jørgensen for Møbelintarsia, in brown teak, with three sizes (large 41.5 × 53.5 × 34.5 cm, middle 39.5 × 43.5 × 34.5 cm, small 37.5 × 35.5 × 34.5 cm) and good used condition with minor signs of age and a stain on the largest top.
Description from the seller
A unique set of side tables / nesting tables in beautiful teak wood.
Danish craftsmanship from the 1960s. This design is attributed to Jørgen Aakjær Jørgensen for Møbelintarsia. The tables, however, carry no hallmark. As one says, "signed all over".
With their elegant yet neutral finish, these tables fit nicely into many different interiors, from vintage to modern.
The characteristic “drumstick” legs, the rounding of the tabletops and the slanted edges add the necessary refinement.
Dimensions: height x width x depth
Large table: 41.5 cm x 53.5 cm x 34.5 cm
Medium table: 39.5 cm x 43.5 cm x 34.5 cm
Small table: 37.5 cm x 35.5 cm x 34.5 cm
Given their age, the tables are still in nice condition. Of course, a few small scratches/blemishes. And a spot on the largest top. But that is certainly not bothersome.
General information:
We primarily sell vintage items. Please view all the photos; they are also part of the description. The items are often many decades old and may therefore show general signs of aging and use, such as small scratches, scuffs, dents, repairs, patina, etc.
