IKEA - Rack - From - Metal

Attributed to IKEA – FRÄN wall shelf – Scandinavian design – 80s/90s

A beautiful example of functional Scandinavian design: this elegant wire steel wall shelf is finished in black-painted metal and is attributed to the iconic FRÄN series from IKEA from the eighties.

The minimalist design combines airy styling with practical functionality. Thanks to the two spacious levels the wall shelf offers ample space for scarves, hats, towels, shoes, bags or decorative objects. The flowing, rounded lines give the rack a timeless look that fits perfectly within a Mid-Century Modern, Industrial, Bauhaus or Scandinavian interior.

This model is now out of production and increasingly hard to find. Therefore it is not only a practical piece of furniture but also a beloved collectible among vintage IKEA design enthusiasts.

The wall shelf is in a nice vintage condition with only light, normal signs of use consistent with its age. The black coating looks well cared for and the rack is sturdy and stable. Inspect the photos carefully; they are part of the description.
