Sibast Furniture - Arne Vodder - Armchair - Model 431 - Rosewood, Leather, Wood

Beautiful and rare Arne Vodder armchair, model 431, designed for Sibast Furniture in Denmark around 1960.

The chair features a sculptural solid rosewood frame with beautifully shaped armrests and the refined proportions typical of Danish mid century design. The rosewood has a rich grain and warm tone.

The seat cushion has been reupholstered, while the chair retains its original vintage character. There are visible signs of use on the armrests, consistent with age and previous use.

The chair is well made, comfortable and visually striking from every angle.

Condition: good vintage condition. Some wear to the armrests. Seat cushion reupholstered. Please view the photos carefully for a clear impression of the condition.

A rare and elegant Scandinavian design chair by Arne Vodder for Sibast Furniture.
