Description from the seller
1973 Gaja – Barbaresco DOC – 1 bottle (0.72 L) – Numbered bottle
An individually numbered bottle of Gaja Barbaresco DOC from the 1973 vintage, produced in Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy. A historic bottle of interest to collectors of older Italian wines and Gaja vintages.
Bottle number 006721. The label states a capacity of 0.720 litres and an alcohol content of 12.9%.
The label is present and its main details are legible, with visible staining, abrasions, creasing and small losses along the edges. The Gaja-branded capsule is in place and shows noticeable surface wear and loss of its black finish, particularly around the top. The fill level appears within the neck, as shown in the photographs.
Please examine all photographs carefully: they show the actual bottle offered and form part of the description. Given the age of the wine, its current drinking condition cannot be guaranteed.
The bottle will be carefully packed with protective packaging suitable for wine shipment.
