Up for auction: an iconic vintage autofocus telephoto-zoom lens: the AF Nikkor 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6, made in Japan by Nikon between the late '80s and early '90s.
The lot is presented in good overall condition, perfectly functional, and is complete with its original front lens cap and rear cap.
Optics. The lenses are in excellent preserved condition, clean, free of scratches or traces of internal mold and fungus.
Mechanical. The lot has been tested and is functional. The large knurled main focus/zoom ring and the rotating focal-length variation mechanism operate steadily and smoothly, keeping the range stable.

The solid construction maintains a good visual impact, displaying its original matte black finish, free of structural impacts, showing only normal and light superficial signs of aging consistent with its age.
