Designed in California and carefully built in Japan, the 10X0 series shines with its design, the meticulous selection of components and the skills involved in producing products that still delight us, decades later.
The engineering is of a very high level for its era: fully shielded power transformer, separate PCBs, interconnection wiring using twisted pairs, a technique that can be seen in the premium brands of the time, etc...
To sum up everything owners have to say about this device, one would say it sounds warm, it is fast, powerful and detailed, and will make any speaker sing....
