This splendid set of 6 vintage glasses belongs to the “Onde” series designed by the renowned architect and designer Sergio Asti for the prestigious Arnolfo di Cambio glassware during the 1970s.
The pieces are distinguished by the characteristic sculptural design with a base of overlapping concentric rings, recalling the concentric movement of the sea waves, and by the purity of hand-made Italian crystal.
Under the base of each glass is the original maker’s mark “Arnolfo di Cambio” acid-etched. One glass still bears the original paper label applied to the glass body with the designer Sergio Asti’s name.
