Importer's Obligations

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are charged by the relevant authorities in accordance with each country's import laws.
Before bidding/purchasing, please check with your customs office to determine whether additional costs will apply.

These charges are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery and are not additional shipping charges.

Important notice regarding import duties for U.S. customers

Due to changes in U.S. Customs rules, the De Minimis threshold that previously exempted duties for items under $800 is being phased out or repealed for many products.

As a result, even low-value shipments may be subject to import duties.

This item will be shipped Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU).

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

These charges may be collected before shipping or at delivery.

Estimated import duties for this item:

Depending on customs classification, trading cards and similar hobby collectibles may be subject to 0% to 15% import duties or a flat rate.

In most cases, items over $100 may require additional import processing even if they are tax-exempt by category.

Before bidding or purchasing, we recommend contacting your local customs office for exact details.
