One of the most recognizable shapes of Sabattini’s output: the apple is transformed into a small sculptural object, elegant and functional, composed of a body and lid perfectly integrated and completed by the characteristic curved stem.
The mirrored surface and the purity of the lines fully express the modernist language that made Lino Sabattini’s work famous, one of the leading figures of Italian design in the twentieth century.
