Klöber - Chair (10) - Tonga - Metal, Fabric - Designer chairs

For sale is a rare, fully preserved set of 10 original designer chairs from the German quality brand Klöber (Model “Tonga” four-legged). The chairs impress with their distinctive postmodern design from the 80s/90s and are perfectly suited for conference rooms, event spaces, medical or practice rooms, or as a colorful highlight in a modern dining area.

Details & Highlights:
Manufacturer: Klöber (Made in Germany)
Model: Tonga (including original manufacturer label on the underside)
Color mix: black seating surfaces paired with backrests in red, yellow, turquoise, and light gray/silver.
Stacking function: The chairs stack extremely space-savingly (see photos).
Materials & quality: This is top-tier professional object-grade quality, which is reflected in the noticeably higher own weight of the chairs.
Frame: Solid, heavy steel tube frame (black powder-coated) – absolutely stable and warp-resistant.
Armrests: Ergonomic grips with high-quality, rubbery soft-touch surface (PU integral padding) that feel pleasant to grip and are extremely durable.
Upholstery (“Lido”): Very durable, thickly woven object upholstery on seat and back.
Condition: The chairs have been pre-cleaned with a damp cleaner. They are completely stable, functional, and the robust fabrics show no tears. Due to use and age there are fabric-type discolorations, wear, and a certain patina on the covers (this is somewhat more noticeable in photos due to direct lighting than in reality). The heavy metal frames show the typical cosmetic wear at the stacking points, but are structurally in flawless condition.
