Manufacturer / Brand: RO-RE (Record Milano)
Country of origin: Italy
Period: 1950s / 1960s
Material: Motor housing and base in die-cast metal with hammered finish, plastic blades (moplen/bakelite), protective grill in steel.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with minimal and normal signs of aging. Perfectly working.
Dimensions / Voltage: Native operation at 220V (no transformer necessary).
Splendid and rare vintage RO-RE table fan produced by the famous Milanese company Record Milano between the late 1950s and early 1960s, an authentic icon of Italian industrial design in the postwar era.
This specimen stands out for its exceptional state of preservation and for being completely original and perfectly functional. Unlike many models of the era, the device was designed for 220V, making it ready for daily use in modern home networks without external transformers.
Key features and details for collectors:
Absolute integrity: The fan retains its original electrical wiring in place, including the vintage two-pin plug. The motor runs smoothly and quietly.
Finish and colors: The motor housing and the solid geometric base feature the original gray "hammered" finish of the era. The three plastic blades boast a vivid bright red color, protected by the star-shaped metal grille.
Intact logos and brands: On the front of the base there is the rare blue enamel diamond plaque with the initials "RO-RE" (factory mark of Record Milano). In the center of the grille stands the original raised gold cap, depicting the historic company crest: a leaping greyhound over a geometric bolt, a symbol of speed and electric energy.
Bottom section: The underside retains the intact brown pressed-card protective panel with hot-stamped "V. 220" and the original three feet fixed with slotted screws.
A piece of high-interest Italian industrial modernity for collectors, ready to be displayed in a collection or used to impart a perfect vintage touch to a design-oriented environment.
The attached photos are an integral part of the description and illustrate its authenticity and true, excellent condition.
