AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
MINOLTA α-7000 + AF Zoom 35-70mm F4, tested and working.
Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
The Minolta Alpha 7000 (1985), sold as the Maxxum 7000 in North America and the 7000 AF in Europe, was the world's first commercially successful 35mm SLR with body-integrated autofocus and motorised film transport — the camera that changed the industry overnight and launched the Minolta A mount still used by Sony A-mount bodies. It is offered here with the AF Zoom 35-70mm f/4 lens.
Important — please read carefully:
The grip has deteriorated and the LCD shows slight leakage. Please review the photos before bidding.
Condition: Used — Good
Pre-owned, heavy signs of use, or minor optical flaws
Serial Number
Please check the photo.
Appearance
Scuffs and scratches from normal use; the grip has deteriorated. Please check the photos for details.
Optical Condition
Lens: Clear, no issues
Functional
Power, autofocus and shutter work; measured shutter speeds and exposure are accurate (fully serviced).
Slight leakage visible in the LCD panel; it does not affect use.
Measured Performance
We check these cameras on a shutter tester rather than by ear, and we publish what we measured:
- 1 s — measured 1/1 s (on the mark)
- 1/60 — measured 1/63 s (approx. 0.1 stop fast)
- 1/1000 — measured 1/983 s (on the mark)
- Light meter accuracy — EV12: 0.2 UNDER / EV15: 0.3 UNDER
Negative film has enough latitude to absorb deviations of this size, but the figures are here so you can judge for yourself.
Known Issues
1. The grip has deteriorated.
2. Slight leakage visible in the LCD panel (does not affect use).
Bundled Items
Only what you can see in the pictures will be included in the package.
Important Notes for Used Items
