[Good] Canon FTb Black & FD 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5 Lens Set

▼ OVERVIEW
Welcome to my camera atelier! I have carefully inspected and prepared this classic Canon film camera set for you.

・ Canon FTb Black Body (Released in 1971 / Serial: 432899)
・ Canon FD 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5 Lens (Released in 1983 / Serial: 1286435)

The Canon FTb is a highly reliable fully mechanical camera. Because it does not rely on a battery to fire the shutter, it is known for its durability and is incredibly popular among film photography enthusiasts. Combined with the versatile FD 35-70mm zoom lens, this set is ready to capture beautiful vintage moments!

▼ CONDITION
Grade: Good for practical use

== Body: Canon FTb Black ==

[Appearance]
While it undeniably shows signs of normal use due to its age, it is in a clean category overall when considering how many decades have passed. There are some minor scratches, scuffs, and paint peeling, but no major noticeable damage.
Specifically, there is some paint peeling on the circular cover of the film advance lever, a slight scratch and a tiny pinpoint dent on the prism roof above the "Canon" logo, and a small hairline scratch on the top left of the "FTb" logo near the strap eyelet. Additionally, there are numerous scratches on the bottom plate, but since this is an area not usually in your line of sight, it shouldn't bother you during normal use.
None of these are severe enough to cause any discomfort or hesitation, but I am noting them just in case. Please check the attached photos carefully.
The mirror has a little dirt on the edge, but it is clean with no corrosion.

[Optics (Viewfinder)]
There is some dust and debris inside the viewfinder. However, it does not severely impair visibility, and you can shoot normally. Please bid with the understanding that a camera of this age will naturally have some dust. Just like the appearance, it is not something that will cause psychological discomfort or make focusing extremely difficult.

[Functional]
Tested and Working!
・ The light meter works very well and responds actively to changes in light!
・ The shutter fires well at all speeds from low to high.
・ The film wind and rewind mechanisms operate smoothly.
・ The self-timer operates properly.
・ The light seals (foam) have not been replaced and are left as they are. Please replace them yourself if necessary.

※ Please Note (Light Meter Battery):
A modern 1.5V button battery is installed. Because the original specification was for a 1.35V mercury battery, there is a slight voltage difference. However, you can easily adjust for this by tweaking the ISO dial or using a smartphone light meter app. There is a lot of valuable information online about how to make these easy adjustments, so please check it out for reference!
