Description from the seller

DUE TO TRUMPS TARIFFS, ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO USA!

Here for sale is an exceptionally rare 1950's boxed gyroscopic plane by by M. Watris of Paris depicting a Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation made from aluminium sheet that swivels on a spelter support of the Eiffel Tower and circumnavigates a map of the world.

The game works by balancing the gyroscope on top of the Eiffel Tower and wrapping string around the gyroscopic wheel before pulling the string off fast to allow the wheel to spin, you then spin the plane and the motion of the wheel causes the airplane to rotate around the map before it settles on a landing point. This is the much rarer "Le Constellation Super. G" version of M. Watris's "Le Constellation" as this is the version with the map of the world which is a combination of the "Le Constellation" and "Le Gyro-Aéro" board games.

The set is complete and contains the original box, instructions, aluminium sheet Lockheed L-1049 Super Constellation and gyroscopic wheel, spelter Eiffel Tower, box of string and counters, and the world map.

The games dimensions are: Box: H: 9 CM, W: 42.5 CM, D: 15.5 CM. Airplane: 20 CM x 16 CM.
Set in action: H: 18 CM, W: 43 CM.

The game is in good condition for its age, but does show signs of wear(please look at photos for further information).

Item will be shipped well packed.
