Tintin - Le château de moulinsart maquette - 1 Variant cover - First edition - 1987

Tintin – Le Château de Moulinsart – King & Quarton – 1987 – Maquette to assemble – No. 587/999
Very beautiful and rare scale model of the Château de Moulinsart, from the Tintin and Hergé universe, published by King & Quarton in 1987.
This edition was produced in a limited run of 999 numbered copies. The copy offered bears number 587.
The model is designed to allow the construction of the famous Château de Moulinsart from the various printed boards and components provided in the boxed set. The whole is presented in its original box/file, characteristic of this collectible edition.
The various construction boards are present in a very good overall condition and the set has not been assembled.
Condition
Very good overall condition considering the age of the set, dating from 1987.
To note, however:
One of the large construction boards shows some stains and marks mainly along the borders.
The outer box shows some scuffs, small marks, and signs of wear related to storage.
On the back face of the box, there is also a noticeable rectangular storage mark, probably due to prolonged contact with a book or another object placed on top. This color difference is clearly visible in the photographs.
Apart from these noted defects, the rest of the set is in very good condition.
The photographs are an integral part of the description and allow a good appreciation of the overall condition as well as the few traces present.
