Five‑piece Italian 800 silver tea and coffee service from the 1950s, comprising a teapot with hinged lid, large and small sugar bowls, milk jug and an oval tray, total weight 611 g, in good used condition with minor signs of wear.

Elegant tea/coffee service or mignon/travel in Italian 800 silver, composed of 5 pieces: 3 with lid and 2 open, with a coordinated tray.
Composition:
Teapot / Coffee pot with a hinged lid, gooseneck spout, scroll handle with leaf and flower motif
Large sugar bowl with lid and two lateral scroll handles
Small sugar bowl with lid
Creamer with trilobate pouring lip
Oval tray with lobed edge and floral motifs
Neo-baroque / rocaille style, typical of Milanese production from the 1950s-60s. Knobs on the lids in a floral bouquet and fully scrolled, finely chased.

Silver 800 / 1000 guaranteed. All pieces hallmarked.

The presence of different hallmarks is coherent for sets composed over time by the same workshop with multiple matrices. Hallmarking compliant with the Italian Royal Decree of 1934 and subsequent amendments for 800 silver.

Condition:
Good overall condition. Silver polished, residual patina on the underside. Shows micro-scratches from use and polishing, and a slight dent/bozzo on the body of the teapot (visible in photo 3 and 9). Lids fit well, hinges functioning. Interior with light oxidation from use, washable. No cracks, soldering, or obvious repairs.
